Dr. Alicja Zobel, Institute of Spectroscopy, Trent University World renowned Polish researcher, Dr. Zobel is concerned about how the health of our bodies is affected by our diet, and which specific nutriens our bodies must have to stay well.


Drinking water for Life As the North American population involves itself in the largest existing experiment incorporating processed convenience food into the diet, drinking water has also become a fast food. Two generations are beginning to face the effects of distilled or reverse osmosis, de-mineralized water dominating our diets. Are we quickly depleting ourselves of important nutrients while wasting precious underground mineral rich water as an expendable resource. What can we do about it? Should aquifer water be reserved only for drinking?
